Registration via debit or credit card is now available through the University of Leeds online booking system. If you are not able to book by debit or credit card but can pay by sterling cheque, please use this offline form. If you need another payment method, please contact the Conference Administrator.

There are a number of different packages available, which are summarised below.

New bookings after 17th July will attract a late booking fee of £25. Any delegate who has booked and wishes to add further items to their booking may do so without attracting the late booking fee, but it will not be possible to add further items after 6th August 2014.

Booking for physical delegate places, meals and accomodation closes at 23:59 on 6th August 2014. Virtual delegates may book until 23:59 on 16th August but will need to book by 12th August in order to appear in the delegate listing.

 

Conference Fee and Available Options

The Full Package includes attendance at sessions, lunches and refreshments, also dinners on Monday and Tuesday and accommodation on Monday and Tuesday nights. Special rates are available for unwaged, student and retired delegates: evidence must be presented at registration. Day rates include attendance at sessions, lunches and refreshments. Internet access is included. Additional Dinners and Accommodation may be booked separately.

Virtual Delegate Registration as a Virtual Delegate provides a password allowing online access to streamed audio recordings of the sessions after the conference. Refund and Cancellation Terms

All cancellations of physical delegate places will be refunded as below, subject to the deduction of a £25.00 administration fee. Notification should be emailed to augustus2014@leeds.ac.uk with the subject “Registration”.

• Cancellations before 17^th May 2014 will receive a 70% refund.
• Cancellations after 17^th May 2014 but before 17^th July 2014 will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations after 17^th July 2014 will receive a 25% refund.
• There will be no refund for cancellations after 10^th August 2014.
• Substitutions can be made at any time, free of charge, please forward your details and the details of your substitute to augustus2014@leeds.ac.uk (please use the subject “Registration”).

Virtual Delegate registration may only be cancelled before 15^th August 2014 and will receive a full refund. Virtual Delegates will receive a password by email after the conference which will enable access to online audio recordings, slides and handouts for all sessions of the conference.
